Our Core Values: CHILD
+ Compassion
+ Holistic Protection
+ Integrity in Accountability
+ Loyalty in Trust
+ Dignity
We conduct regular street outreaches to build contact, trust, and relationships with children living and working on the streets — the first step on their journey off the streets into homes. We understand that trust takes time — we never force, we walk with them until they are ready
We provide trauma-informed psychosocial support through both group therapy and one-on-one counselling, helping children heal from abuse, abandonment, and the breach of trust they have experienced. We use play as a tool for healing, learning, and restoring childhood — creating safe spaces where children can just be children again
We provide vocational and life skills training for older children (14-17 years) and youth above 18 who have minimal chances of institutional placement, equipping them for independent living and employment.
We facilitate community dialogues with families, leaders, and local stakeholders to reduce stigma and build community acceptance for the reintegration of street-connected children and street-connected families
We advocate on media platforms and in policy spaces on the plight of children in street situations, and champion prevention measures that stop children from turning to the streets as an option.
Our 3R three-pillar approach covers the full lifecycle of child recovery — from trauma to trampoline.
We identify drivers of trauma — analysing demographics and child trafficking corridors.
From master planning to service delivery, we create rehabilitation plans tailored to the child.
Every child has a distinct trauma identity thus the need for resettlement in the community.
Aerobics and Fitness are a great place to start to ward off the negative energies that come with trauma. It's an experience (social), an identity (spiritual), a feeling (physical). We integrate all 3 ingredients of a proper rehabilitation experience.

Aerobics is the art and science of transforming the body into a high performance machine. We combine therapy, cultural insight, and community identity.
A selection of our community-focused collaborations across different projects.
We work with healthcare providers to handle compassion fatigue that undermines worker productivity.
We design workout routines for scholars and special talks that inspire curiosity and foster collaboration around healthy behaviours, rather than harmful ones promoted by their peers.
We share affordable dietary recommendations and nutrition that support local food systems and rural communities.
We develop activities and games for work teams to lead with purpose, ensuring stress relief and team bonding.
ReFCAR has been a strong partner in our boy mentorship; from rescue to rehabilitation and resettlement. They provide us with Fathers as Male Mentors.
